About us
The Tim Adams Wines Group was started by Tim Adams and his wife Pam Goldsack in 1987. In 2011 Tim and Pam purchased the landmark Leasingham property at 7 Dominic Street, Clare and named it Mr. Mick after legendary Australian winemaker and Tim’s mentor and friend K.H. (Mr. Mick) Knappstein.
The site is now a successful winery processing facility for the Tim Adams and Mr. Mick wine brands, and has also developed into a contract processing facility to support other South Australian wine businesses.
In addition to the winery, the location has become a Clare tourist attraction, home to Mr. Mick Cellar Door and Kitchen, together with an art gallery hosting famous pieces by the late Murray Edwards.
