Giant Steps Vineyard is currently looking for a Vineyard Operator primarily located at our Sexton Vineyard (Gruyere, Yarra Valley).
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and diligent person who has a genuine interest in being part of a dedicated team that produces high quality wine grapes.
The role includes;
* Safe and responsible operation of all vineyard equipment and machinery
* Diligent machinery maintenance
* General vineyard tasks & Property maintenance
We require the following personal characteristics and skills:
* Impeccable safety standards with a chemical handlers certificate preferable
* Self-motivation and comfortable working alone
* Reliability and honesty
* Good communication skills
