Indigo Food Co. is located at the beautiful All Saints Estate, and we are looking for an enthusiastic sales person with experience in the food industry to join the team.
As the supervisor, you will:
- Operate the day to day activities of the Indigo Food Co.
- Exceed sales and customer service targets
- Train staff in daily operations
- Manage, order and stocktake products
- Responsible for food safety requirements
- Document and implement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
- Minimum Two Years of Supervisor/ Sales experience
- Minimum of two years of staff management
- Excellent food knowledge (Cheese and wine knowledge a bonus)
- Barista experience
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Eligible to work in Australia
This is a full-time position working weekends.
