WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- General reception duties
- Pre-qualify inbound correspondence and calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Support the sales team and wine club with business administration tasks and cellar door duties.
- Produce invoices for customers understanding different pricing tiers involved.
- Be comfortable in communicating to customers in a sales capacity.
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in data entry, sales and / or finance.
- A polite and friendly demeanour
- Efficient in prioritising your schedule and maximising your time
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish strong rapport
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills
