Cofield Wines is seeking an enthusiastic Cellar Door Supervisor to join us at our winery in the Rutherglen Wine Region. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will work be responsible for the day to day operation of our busy Cellar Door, as well as assisting with our direct to consumer program and calender of events.
Role requirements -
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to our Cellar Door visitors and Cellar Circle Wine Club members.
- Maintain an attractive and profitable mix of local produce and Cofield branded merchandise.
- Assist with additional administrative functions such as invoicing, reconciliation, sales reporting and stocktake.
- Assist with the delivery of our calendar of events, including in-house, off-site and private functions.
The successful applicant will have -
- A demonstrated history of exceptional customer service.
- Relevant experience in a winery and/or tourism setting.
- All round IT skills, with some exposure to database management/CRM software and digital marketing.
- Sound organisational skills with a proven ability to plan ahead and prioritize workload.
- A genuine love of wine and food.
