Oakridge Wines and restaurant boasts a wide range of exceptional wine varieties. We're looking for someone with enthusiasm and passion for wine and food who can provide exceptional customer experience to our guests.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Providing friendly, tailored and knowledgeable service to guests of the Cellar Door
• Achieving sales targets as a team
• Conducting highly specialized wine tastings and masterclasses
To be successful in this position you will:
• Passionate about wine
• Strong computer, organizational, time management and administrative skills
• Possess a high level of customer service
• Proven sales background
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Available to work weekends
• CURRENT RSA
Highly desirable:
• Previous experience and knowledge of the wine industry
• Cellar Door Sales Experience
• Mandarin language skills
• Knowledge of the Yarra Valley wine region
