TVS is a small vineyard contracting company servicing the Yarra Valley and surrounding areas. We are looking to fill the role of a machinery operator and vineyard hand initially in a Casual capacity, leading to full time for the right person
We are currently looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team.
The following strengths are what we are looking for in a candidate:-
- Prior Vineyard or Horticulture experience is preferred
- Sound mechanical and machinery knowledge is essential to the role.
- General tasks include herbiciding, fungicide applications, slashing, trimming, barrel pruning, harvesting and fertiliser spreading
- Able to understand and uphold safety standards as per legislation and company policies.
- Pride in appearance, workmanship and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and follow through with a high level of attention to detail, efficiency and professionalism.
- High level of communication skill and the ability to working as part of a professional team are essential.
- Ability to work rostered shifts as required including day / night / and weekend work during Vintage and busy periods of the year
Above award wages and conditions are paid. Current Driver's license is essential; Truck license and HRW licenses are preferred
