Both positions will require the availability to work full-time over a flexible 7 day roster. The availability to work weekends and evenings is required.

Meletos is one of the busiest and most celebrated destinations in the region, encompassing a 100 seat Italian inspired café, private event space (The Warehouse at Meletos), luxury accommodation (The Farmhouse at Meletos) and boutique retail space (The Providore at Meletos).
The Meletos Cafe operates 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, offering wood-fired pizzas, seasonal fare, an award-winning regional wine list and hand crafted ales & ciders to an extraordinarily huge number of patrons every week of the year.Our continually evolving menus have a strong focus on fresh, seasonal and regional produce. We work closely with some of the Victoria's finest food producers & winemakers, many of which are located just minutes from our kitchen.
BAR MANAGER
As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the full operation of our 2 bars at Meletos and demonstrate the following key strengths;

A sound knowledge of all beverages including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails & non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent barista skills.
- Stock take and beverage rotation.
- Eftpos and cash handling.
- Utilising and monitoring check lists.
- Setting up and stocking bars for each service.
- Comfortable liaising with customers and suppliers
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be committed to delivering our renowned level of outstanding service. You will have a minimum of three years experience in the hospitality industry and be able to work closely with our Restaurant Manager to train, lead and inspire a wonderful collective of casual staff. You must demonstrate the following key strengths;
- Strong food and wine knowledge
- Strong understanding of restaurant sequence of service
- Exceptional customer service
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully within a close team environment
