The Role: Working closely with our amazing Wedding Coordinator, this is very much a "hands-on" role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to assist with all aspects of the management and promotion of weddings, as well as functions and dinner programs. For the right candidate it offers an outstanding career opportunity. This position is based at the home of Brown Brothers in Milawa, North East Victoria.
Major responsibilities of the role:
- Assist the Weddings & Functions Coordinator in the management of all on-site weddings, functions and dinner programs.
- Facilitate benchmark visitor experience to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service to customers and clients.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager, by participating at team leader level, in lunch-time service.
- Supervise lunch-time service as and when required.
What's required: To be successful you will have a minimum of two years food service experience, excellent communication, sound computer skills and an ability to think creatively. It's essential that you can multi task and work within a high functioning multi-skilled team environment. A Certificate IV in Hospitality or Events would be preferred.
