Service is centre stage at Urara with a focus on personalized service and a nod to the intricacies of Japanese dining. Combine this with waterfront dining and you have a special venue indeed.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer focus and be highly visible throughout service. They will have the ability to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of the wine program, operational procedures, standards and goals within the outlet.
The Role:
We are looking for a serious hospitality professionals who will be responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant. Working closely with our kitchen team and and higher management, you will be effectively and efficiently delivering exceptional customer experiences, whilst creating a positive and caring team culture.
What we are looking for
Experience in a wine focused role.
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Presence and good sense of restaurant management
Passion, energy and confidence!
