Clairault Streicker is a family owned grower and wine producer based in Margaret River. We are the owners and caretakers of four distinct sites spanning multiple sub-regions. Our oldest vineyard, established in 1976, is also home to our signature cellar door and vineyard kitchen.
Clairault Streicker wines are authentic and classically-styled, setting a benchmark for the Margaret River region.
This position is based at our Cellar Door on Caves Road, Wilyabrup.
Clairault Streicker Wines are seeking an optimistic and energetic service minded individual to assist in managing the day to day operations of our venue.
You will have a love for customer service and a passion for good food and wine.
On a daily basis, you will lead the team on the floor and act as a Brand Ambassador, providing excellent service to all visitors.
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is required, preferably in a supervisory or management position
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Creating and managing rosters for all FOH staff
- Managing booking software – Tock and Rezdy
- Host bookable experiences at the venue
- Provide on-going training to staff
- Organise staff functions
- Help coordinate wine tastings for the team
- Run events held at the venue
- Act as a Brand Ambassador at Industry events or committees
Some essential criteria:
- Current Approved Managers
- Available to work weekends
Some desired criteria:
Previous role as a Supervisor or higher in the food or wine industries
