Vineyard Operations Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

With 150 years of history and excellence in winemaking, All Saints Estate situated in the beautiful Rutherglen wine region is currently seeking a fulltime Vineyard Operations Supervisor.

This position will suit a person who is passionate in becoming a vital part of a leading Northeast Victoria winery and who enjoys working as part of a team to achieve quality outcomes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and capable “hands on” Vineyard Supervisor to be part of our vineyard team.  Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, you will supervise operations on a day-to-day basis. The role is perfect for someone who has a genuine interest in viticulture and enjoys working outdoors. We are interested in candidates who are passionate about the wine industry and are willing to work hard.

 About you:

Ideally you are an experienced machinery operator and will have experience in viticulture or other related areas such as agriculture or horticulture (although candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply). 

It is essential that you possess a good level of health and fitness and an enjoyment of outside work. A strong mechanical aptitude would also be an advantage.

You are someone with a strong work ethic, organised with great time management, attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to safety and product quality.

As many of the vineyard activities are seasonal, there is a requirement for some flexibility undertaken outside normal work hours, especially during the spraying and harvest season.
