A new Era for All Saints Estate

All Saints Estate Pty Ltd is currently undertaking a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of our Chef Hat restaurant and our Cellar Door, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Restaurant Manager for our new dining entity - KIN Restaurant. This is a full-time position reporting to the General Manager - Hospitality

This role is for a passionate and experienced leader that is professional in their approach and who is consistently looking for opportunities to improve the service experience and elevate those people around them to be their very best. This role is for a fun and charismatic food and wine lover, who is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service experience.

Must Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-quality hospitality operation
  • Proactive, professional and a strong understanding of modern food trends
  • Previous experience in people management skills 
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focused
  • Available to work days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays 
  • Current Drivers Licence
