Who are we?

Located in the beautiful Rutherglen Wine Region, just 40 minutes drive from Albury/Wodonga, All Saints Estate is an established and dynamic group of companies encompassing St Leonards Vineyard, Mount Ophir Estate and Thousand Pound Wine Bar. 

These businesses include two cellar doors, three restaurants (including casual, fine dining and a café), seven accommodation houses and hosts a number of weddings, private events, large-scale festivals and concerts throughout the year.

About this role

All Saints Estate has over 30 years expereince delivering unforgettable prestige events in the most breathtaking venues and we are looking for a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Events Manager who will:

  • Grow, innovate and manage the events business for the group's iconic properties with an outstanding reputation.
  • Strong sales skills and a demonstrated history of achieving targets.
  • Proven ability to build, train and manage a dynamic team
  • Plan and manage the seamless execution on the day of the event.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a performance-driven mindset
  • Diverse knowledge of industry operations, proactively keeping abreast of industry developments and innovations to ensure the prestige brand portfolio is offering market-leading event solutions
  • Develop and train the events team
  • Contribute to a culture that is innovative and customer-focused.

About you:

  • You have the drive to succeed and are results orientated.
  • History of consistently meeting and beating sales targets in previous roles.
  • Experience in negotiation and meticulous planning with suppliers and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to maintain excellent working relations with your team both internal and external.
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating an event that excels the expectations of the client/s.
  • Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to work with and manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Well-developed technology knowledge and strong finance skills applied to maintain accurate and timely customer documentation
  • You have a warm, personable yet professional disposition
  • Ability to be agile and think quickly to provide solutions
  • Immaculately presented, you will be an ambassador for the business.
  • You build fantastic interpersonal relationships and are reliable and energetic.
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday; with flexibility during peak times.
