Who are we?
All Saints Estate is located in Wahgunyah, part of the Rutherglen Wine Region, just 40 minutes drive from Albury/Wodonga.
All Saints Estate is an established and dynamic group of companies encompassing St Leonards Vineyard, Mount Ophir Estate and Thousand Pound Wine Bar.
These businesses include two cellar doors, three restaurants (including casual, fine dining and a café), seven accommodation houses and host a number of weddings, private events, large-scale festivals and concerts throughout the year.
This is a pivotal role and is at the forefront of maintaining our brand values of being customer obsessed, team orientated, creative, agile and driven.

About the day to day
- Building a passionate Cellar Door team that are motivated by sales
- Creating and updating wine list across all venues
- Managing team performance and providing everyday feedback
- Strategically rostering team and managing rostering cost in line with sales
- Ensuring a highly presentable Cellar Door is executed at all times
- Managing inventory and visually merchandising stock to promote sales
- Analsying sales reports and generating ideas to drive performance.
What skills do you need?
- Love of wine and extensive wine knowledge
- Thirst for achieving sales targets with a customer-first mindset
- Organised mind to manage the day-to-day operations
- Whizz with technology and processes or confidence to learn
- Presence as a leader with team support front of mind
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- WSET / Sommelier qualifications desirable
- Current drivers license
- Commitment to a full time role that iincludes working weekends and public polidays
