Each year between the months of January to April, McWilliam's Wines employs people from around the world, to join our Vintage Team in Hanwood. Our Vintage team includes dynamic and motivated people who promote a high level of safety and hygiene.

The role:
 
This role is responsible for maintaining contact with growers to ensure quality parameters are accurately communicated and understood so that grapes are grown at the best marketable quality.

To be successful in the role, you will have:  

• An understanding of domestic and international legislative requirements
• Positive problem-solving abilities and be proactive
• Moderate to advanced computer skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• An outstanding communication and business relationship skills
• Knowledge of operation and technicalities of vineyard equipment
• A current Drivers’ Licence
