Qualifications & experience
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite and on any ERP system • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written • Previous experience in Sales Admin or Sales role • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing sales orders •Maintain price lists and customer relations •Respond to sales team, customers and logistic companies • Process orders as requested •Monitor back orders • Advise delivery times •Time management and procurement •Coordinate despatch •Sample requests •Compile data and reports
