Based at our winery in the Riverina, Dee Vine Estate now has an opportunity for a Cellar hand to join our team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to Cellar Supervisors, you will undertake all aspects of Cellar work as required, including but not limited to filtration, additions and wine blending while maintaining cellar hygiene and general housekeeping.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Cellar hand and/or within a similar role in the industry with a good understanding of the wine production process.
- Be flexible and have the ability to work shifts over vintage.
- Hours may vary and include occasional weekends.
- Have a high level of self-motivation, be detail oriented, dependable, and responsible.
- Ability to communicate and work within a team.
- Must have Confined Spaces training.
- Must have driver’s license and own transport.
- Forklift license preferred.
