About our Client

Providing Sydney’s finest clientele with exclusive menus, this high calibre venue is seeking Wine Waiter's to match their premium brand. Our client is seeking the highest calibre of staff with exceptional industry experience.

The Gig

We are looking for skilled hospitality professionals who have proven experience in high volume + fast-paced venues with exceptional communication and people skills. You will display sound knowledge of formal wines and spirits, knowledge of Japanese Saké an advantage, with high energy to ensure the dining experience is memorable.

You must hold a valid NSW RSA and a police check (or wiling to get one).
