We manufacture and retail wine for sale direct to consumers Australia-wide.

We are looking for a reliable, innovative person with bottle-shop or cellar door experience to work within a small, focused team to manage customer service, order entry and order fulfilment aspects of the business from our Northbridge licensed premises.
We are definitely not "ageist" - we are happy to look at your CV if you are aged 50+.
A basic knowledge of wine and the Australian wine industry is a pre-requisite.
You will be the first point of contact for BackVintage® clients.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Facilitating customers orders (phone, email and online orders) and liaising
with logistic companies to coordinate Australia-wide deliveries.
- Data entry and invoice preparation.
- Reconciliation of daily receipts and customer deliveries.
- Preparation and packing of wine prior to shipment.
- Local deliveries as required.
- Liaison with couriers to expedite wine shipments.
- Assistance with wine tastings.
To be considered for this role, you will have :
- Demonstrable bottle-shop or cellar door experience.
- Good typing skills.
-,Be self motivated, prepared to “roll your sleeves up” and work within a small focused team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Customer Service and Customer Management skills.
- Good phone and person to person sales / communication skills.
- Current manual drivers licence.
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
