About the company
Our client is an online wine retailer that takes customers on a personalised and unique journey through the world of wine. Our Client has 70 years combined history within the wine industry as two established companies have recently been merged. They have become known for educating Australians about the wine industry and distributing wine across the nation.
About the role
We are looking for sales driven customer service professionals that can contribute positively to a young and energetic team.
The role is an outbound sales position, where you will be contacting potential customers who have registered an interest or have been previous customers. This is a unique opportunity for outgoing and driven individuals to be a part of a fast growing company in the wine industry.
This will start as a temporary position, a permanent position will be made available to those who complete the 12 week probationary period.
Training and duties will be carried out at home for the foreseeable future.
Duties
• Actively work towards sales targets whilst educating customers on key features and benefits
• Work towards and achieve set KPI's
• Develop and nurture your own database of clients
• Build relationships to gain Sales
• Confidently following up on leads, closing sales and finding opportunities to cross sell
Skills & Experience
• 6 - 12 months sales experience required - Essential
• Previous Call Centre experience: Outbound - Essential
• Resilience with a can do attitude
• An interest in wine would be an advantage
• The ability to hit the ground running
• Be confident, outgoing and possess the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
