Shorty's is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their Operations team on a full time basis.
  
A bit about the role:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of all goods
• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
• Have a clear understanding of the company’s policies, vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
• Respond to and deal with customer communication by both email and phone
• Manage stock control, ensuring all systems are up to date and all inventories are accurate
• Take the lead on warehouse recruitment and staff training
• Monitor staff performance and progress
• Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the team to ensure productivity targets are met/exceeded
• Produce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain WHS standards, hygiene and security in the workplace
• Oversee the maintenance and all Shortys vehicles and equipment

• Experience in logistics and or Warehouse management (desirable)
• Valid NSW Driver’s License
• Valid Forklift License
• Available to work Tuesday-Saturday
