Team Leader - Customer Sales Centre (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

This role will be responsible of leading the Outbound and Inbound Sales Centre team to provide outstanding sales and customer service, drive sales through maximising sustainable revenue and profit, build and grow strong partnerships across all external and internal customers and execute our Sales strategy for the defined customer groups.
  
Core Responsibilities:  

• Overall accountability to lead the Customer Sales Centre to deliver against set sales targets
• Prepare, implement and execute the Sales plans in alignment with brand and account strategy for all accounts within the Customer Sales Centre
• Lead by example having open and honest conversations, focused on developing the talent and business performance
• Build and grow strong partnerships across all external and internal customer functions.

To be successful in this role, you will:  

• Strong proven sales experience
• Proven experience leading an Inbound/Outbound Contact Centre with strong Team Leadership skills (minimum 2 years)
• Strong experience in Sales, Cross Selling and Up Selling
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Have a positive and supportive attitude in order to achieve success in your work
• Confident in dealing with a high number of customers on a daily basis
• Have exceptional relationship, selling, influencing and negotiation capabilities
• Have ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen and focus on achieving overall sales performance targets
• Respond well to demands on your time and work at a brisk pace
• Wine knowledge not essential
• Proficient with Technology and applications - such as Telephony systems, ERP, CRM, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, etc.
