EXPERIENCED PROMOTIONAL SALES STAFF SYDNEY INTL AIRPORT PREMIUM ALCOHOL SALES DUTY FREE

We are looking to recruit an experienced Promotional or Sales Staff to apply your experience to our Travel Retail Sales Team - selling luxury alcohol brands at the International Airport Duty Free Stores. 

You may be a professional Bar Person with awesome alcohol knowledge looking to escape the Vampire Lifestyle for set all mornings work that still gives you licence to talk drinks and offer tastings in the quest to convert into sales ......

Sales focus - People focus - Team performance - great Brands 

The Role

30 hours part time - based in Sydney International Terminal.

Fixed 5 days per week.

Working with experienced small team to achieve sales targets across portfolio of Luxury Brands.

Monthly sales campaigns in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to me, Owner / Director with weekly and monthly team meets.

Working on the sales floor with your team, your enthusiasm and sales experience will motivate our sales staff to achieve sales targets and work as a strong, high performing team .

Your Experience:

* Proven retail sales experience in a small sales team to deliver strong results

* Ability to implement initiatives & structure to drive team sales results      across locations

* Experienced with Retail Sales, KPI’s, achieving sales targets

* Alcohol sales experience and knowledge is an advantage -

Requirements:

* Early morning starts, some flexibility for weekends 

* Ideally Australian Citizen or PR status

* Fluent English with great communication skills

* Strong Retail Sales skills background  will be a strong advantage

* Enthusiasm about Luxury Alcohol Brands

* Enjoyment of competition and working hard to achieve sales daily.

* No immediate travel plans next 6 months or so
