EXPERIENCED COUNTER MANAGERS - LOOKING FOR A CHANGE?

We are looking to recruit an experienced high achiever from either the alcohol retail sales or cosmetics industry, to apply your sales and management  experience to our Duty Free Sales Team .

My Retail Sales Team sell luxury alcohol brands at the International Airport Duty Free Stores. If you are interested in a change, this could be ideal for you .

The Role

  • Full time - based in Sydney at the International Terminal / admin at home
  • Managing an experienced  team of 8-10 staff to achieve sales targets across portfolio - this team is already performing well.
  • Monthly interstate travel and remote management of staff in Melbourne, and Brisbane . 
  • ‘Reporting to me, Owner / Director with weekly and monthly meets.
  • Working on the sales floor with your team, you will lead by example, motivate and develop sales staff to achieve sales targets and work as a strong, high performing team .
  • Training sales team plus store generic retail staff in each location 

Your Experience:

  • Proven senior RETAIL LEADERSHIP managing a small sales team to deliver strong results
  • Ability to implement initiatives & structure to drive team sales results      across locations
  • Experienced with Retail Sales, KPI’s, achieving sales targets
  • Good computer & Retail analysis reporting skills 

Requirements:

  • Early morning starts, some flexibility for weekends 
  • Ideally Australian Citizen or PR status
  • Fluent English with great communication skills
  • Strong Retail Sales skills background  will be a strong advantage
  • Enthusiasm about Luxury Alcohol Brands
  • Enjoyment of competition and working hard to achieve sales daily.
  • No immediate travel plans next 6 months or so
