Senior Commercial Analyst (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

PURPOSE / CORE RESPONSIBILITY:
This role is a Finance Business Partner to the Sales and Marketing teams and will be influential in driving the strategic planning process and operational outcomes through providing commercial and financial insights and decision support.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer and brand strategies that deliver sustainable profit growth
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis to aid the commercial decision making process
• Utilize knowledge of key market trends, changing customer requirements and competitor activity to challenge the status quo and make recommendations
• Measure and report on key business plan outcomes
• Lead commercial review meetings with the Sales and Marketing Teams

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• CA/CPA part or fully qualified, supported by a Commercial, Business or Finance degree
• High level commercial acumen and a proven ability to business partner effectively with Sales and/or Marketing teams
• Minimum 3 years experience within FMCG industry is essential
• Experience of financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning essential
• Strong Excel modelling skills and experience with a large ERP system
• Strong understanding of Demand Forecasting best practice and process
• Strong analytical data modelling experience together with attention to detail.
