Providing Sydney’s finest clientele with exclusive menus, this high calibre venue is seeking Wait Staff to match their premium brand. This chic and contemporary restaurant is located overlooking Darling Harbour. Our client is seeking the highest calibre of staff with exceptional industry experience.

The Gig

We are looking for dynamic hospitality professionals to provide excellent customer service. You will have proven experience in a hatted, 5-star or similar restaurant with previous section waiting experience/a-la-carte order of service is essential. Most importantly you will bring high energy and enthusiasm – it’s all about the dining experience.

Wine knowledge is advantageous.

You must hold a valid NSW RSA and a police check (or wiling to get one).
