Agnew Wines is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join their team at their North Sydney office.
Agnew Wines is a family owned wine company headquartered in the Hunter Valley with its Sales and Marketing Office based in Sydney.
Agnew Wines owns, produces, markets and distributes three distinct labels – Audrey Wilkinson, Cockfighter's Ghost and Pooles Rock – each with a differing marketing and regional focus. Agnew Wines has just commenced the distribution of other wine brands from key regions around Australia including Victoria and Western Australia. This role provides great scope to work with some quality brands in significant growth.
The role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing team
- Complete monthly reporting and analytics as well as ad hoc reports upon request
- Handling day to day correspondence internally across all departments.
- Managing correspondence externally with key accounts and major sales partners.
- Attend key meetings with Head of Sales and Marketing and also the sales team.
- Plan and implement annual promotional activity
The successful candidate should possess;
- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- A 'can do' attitude, with drive and ambition
- A hands on and practical approach
- Experience in preparing sales and marketing collateral, including price lists, brochures, product presenters etc., coordinating functions and events.
- A love of wine and social experiences – not necessarily a deep knowledge of wine
- Have a current driver’s license
