With a strong focus on the values of quality, service and commitment, the company is seeking an motivated and diligent Sales and Office Administrator to support the business in its next growth phase.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Office Manager
- Daily office, sales and admin operations
- Liaising with the sales and finance team regarding orders, invoices, receivables and promotional material
Skills & Experience
An experienced Sales and Office Administrator in a similar role ideally within a sales related business with exposure to sales administration. The successful applicant should be a self-starter, with a pro-active ‘can-do’ approach and strong customer focus. Intermediate to advanced experience in the Microsoft Office Suite of products is required. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail would be highly beneficial.
