Founded in 2016 and based in Melbourne, Mosaique Wines is a French wine importer and distribution company, specialising in organic/biodynamic and minimal intervention wines from some of France’s finest wine growers. We are proud to distribute our wines across Australia, throughout the country’s best restaurants, wine bars and independent retailers. We are also producers in France, with Domaine Chai Saint Etienne located in the heart of South-West France, where our founder’s family have been farming their vineyard since 1778.

Job description:
- Manage and develop the sales strategies for Mosaique’s team of sales representative and sales agents in each states across Australia, setting targets to maximise sales and loyalty.
- Manage, develop and implement strategies to promote Mosaique Wines’s products to as many people as possible.
- Manage, develop and implement strategies to generate increased consumption of Mosaique Wines’s products through the creation and use of branding and image.
- Build and maintain Mosaique Wines's image and reputation with its customers and the wider public.
- Sales development and relationship building with existing on-premise & off-premise customers in the NSW and ACT areas, with Sydney being the primary focus.
- Open new accounts, as well as sourcing new business opportunities.
- Secure a set amount of meetings and show appropriate wines.
- Work within set sales objectives and KPIs.
- Reporting to Mosaique Wines’ Director
Attributes we are looking for:
- A passion for fine wine and strong product knowledge (WSET an advantage).
- Experience with French wines, with an understanding of organic, biodynamic, natural wines.
- Proven track record in a Sales and Marketing Manager environment (2 years minimum) - wine retail and sommeliers welcomed.
- Strong network in the wine industry.
- Determination and ability to consistently source new business & add value to existing customers.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Marketing and promotion strategies skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- A positive attitude, and desire to succeed.
- Strong communication skills, professional presentation at all times.
Reliable and organised, ability to work autonomously, self-motivated.
- Ability to engage with people and connect.
Ability to work fast, and work within a highly competitive environment.
- Sound computer skills (Microsoft suite, Google Docs etc).
- Current RSA certificate.
- VISA or resident.
- Driving license.
