Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager at The Bentley Restaurant Group, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional reputation of our restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the seamless operation of our dining establishments.

The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hatted restaurant manager position, impeccable presentation, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences to Sydney diners.

Your Responsibilities:

· Leading front-of-house

· Streamlining operations

· Onboarding new employees

· Ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction

· Managing venue inventory

· Managing venue finances
