The Swissotel Sydney is looking for a dynamic Wine & Dine Manager to lead the JBP Restaurant over an exciting period of evolution. Reporting to the Director of Hotel Operations and liaising with the General Manager, you will be instrumental in the success of JBP Restaurant whilst also supporting your counterparts at Crossroads Bar & function & catering services when required.

- Proven experience with roster management, achieving food & labour costs
- You understand, appreciate and spearhead policies and procedures as part of the service excellence evolution of the venue

- Immaculately groomed
- Computer literate (including POS) with good administrative and organisational skills
- Hold a current RSA Certificate and relevant state Liquor licensing
- Flexible work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable dining experiences for our customers and a great environment for your team
- Minimum 3 years experience managing food and beverage operations of a similar size with standalone restaurant experience in your repertoire is advantageous
