We are a well-established family-owned independent liquor chain with 19 stores throughout NSW. We pride ourselves on providing convenience and service to our customers, as well providing staff with ongoing learning opportunities.

We are currently seeking talented and knowledgeable candidates, who are passionate about customer service to join our new store in Charing Cross.

About You

You are able to demonstrate;

• Extensive knowledge of liquor products including wine, spirits and craft beers (essential)
• Experience in the retail liquor industry or like;
• Flexible with hours with the ability to work nights and weekends.
• Experience in using this knowledge to provide customer recommendations;
• A passion for customer service;
• An eye for maintaining the presentation of a store;
• Physically fit and able to manually move stock and loads;

About the Role

 As a Customer Service Assistant in our team you will;

• Provide superior customer service with a meeting needs focus;
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer, as well as staying up to date with trends;
• Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with the locals;
• Maintaining eye catching merchandising and making suggestions to management on alternatives;
• Support with the coordination of in store tastings;
• Ensure stock is managed and maintained on a daily basis including;
  • Receiving stock loads
  • Replenishment;
  • Tidying and cleaning.

As a retail store the hours of work can span over the full hours of operation which can be from Monday to Sunday 9am – 8pm and some public holidays.
