Hours:
Monday to Friday
Monday: 9am - 5pm
Tuesday: 1.30pm - 5pm
Wednesday: 1.30pm - 5pm
Thursday: 1.30pm - 5pm
Friday: 9 - 5pm
Key Responsibilities include:

Working as part of the team to ensure all customer activities are executed in line with agreed client service levels.

Managing the customer service experience to ensure solutions are delivered.

Assisting new and existing customers with general enquiries.

General office administration (typing, filing and data entry).

Managing telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
You will have:

A professional and friendly telephone manner.

Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and organisational skills.

Excellent time management and attention to detail.

The ability to multitask and prioritise as business demands change.
