Salena Estate Wines has an opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team due to continued growth and expansion. This role will see you working and reporting directly to the managing director, playing a vital and integral key role in our business.
Primary tasks include
- Managing the growth and execution of sales strategies and setting sales targets for sales maximisation and customer loyalty
- Managing the growth and execution of strategies to promote our company's goods and services to as many people as possible
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Develop and build client relationships with existing and new distribution channels
- Managing the growth and execution of strategies to generate increased consumption of our company's wines/goods thus enforcing branding and brand loyalty
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Managing the growth and execution of strategies to build and maintain the company's and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
