Salena Estate one of Australia’s largest wine producers continues on a new journey in Australia. This 2nd generation family-owned company with a focus on sustainable organic viticulture and winemaking is launching multiple wine ranges into the international and domestic market.
We are seeking another Business Development Executive to grow the team and lead our launch in the NSW marketplace with an immediate start.
Ideally you will have existing relationships with both On & Off trade clients on the North Shore
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be based in Sydney and must be experienced in wine sales and be able to demonstrate:
- An established network of both Off-Premise and On- Premise accounts
- Existing relationships with group and independent chain retailers
- Proven ability to seek out new business opportunities
- The ability to think laterally and find solutions
- Extensive wine knowledge
- An entrepreneurial thinking set – solve problems
- Enthusiasm, passion and self-motivation
- A can-do result driven attitude
- Professional presentation
- A valid driver’s license and RSA
You will also possess the following competencies
- Be motivated and able to work independently day to day and deliver sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Clearly report and communicate ideas
- The ability to procure and convert new customers and then maintain and grow relationships
