This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bottling line supervisor to join their professional, friendly and vibrant production team.
Key responsibilities
- Assigned tasks to the team and optimise packaging performance.
- In combination with the Production Manager and Maintenance Team, plan line set-ups and changeovers.
- Ensure all products comply with quality and food safety standards.
- Organise staff rosters, process and approved timesheets, and coordinate RDO's and other leave periods for Bottling Hall Staff.
- Ensure that production quality assurance checks are performed and stop any production line where the product or process does not meet Company quality and food safety requirements.
- Generate printed work orders and QA check sheets and prepare paperwork and reference samples ready for jobs.
- Collate completed paperwork from production jobs, verify production volumes and usage rates and "complete" work orders.
- Coordinate production volume checks with warehouse staff.
- Ensure that all monitoring, recording, verifications in regard to CCP's, QCP's, RCP's and SCP's are undertaken.
The ideal candidate will possess
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Forklift License desirable
- Mechanical aptitude
- Similar experience in a Production line or Food Industry
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to maintain and promote teamwork.
- Achievement orientated with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Health & Safety conscious.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 year’s experience in a similar role and the legal right to live and work in Australia.
