The Venues
The Grounds of Alexandria and The Grounds of The City are on the hunt for outgoing bartenders to join both their teams. Our restaurant, The Potting Shed located at The Grounds of Alexandria serves craft beers, great tasting wines and unique cocktails garnished with an abundance of fresh florals and greenery. The Grounds of The City is very similar, serving an array of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in an 1920’s styled city hub.
Who are you?
We are looking for experienced and passionate bartenders to join The Grounds family. You must have a strong and energetic work ethic, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Previous bartender experience is essential, ideally restaurant bar experience
- A current RSA is required
- Ability to work confidently & consistently in a high volume & fast paced environment
- Cocktail skills and knowledge
- Self-motivated, energetic individual who thrives on making the guest experience the best it can be
- Confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
