We are seeking a passionate Account and Relationship Manager with a sound sales experience to work three (3) days per week.
St Maur Wines is a well-established family-owned winery producing premium cool climate wines, located in Exeter NSW. The vineyard spans over 16 acres and the fruit from our vineyard is used exclusively in our flagship wines. Our wines are listed in selected independent wine stores and restaurants in Sydney.
Job Role:
- Manage existing business relationships in the high performing Sydney territory:- North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, and Inner West
- Seek new business development opportunities with prospective accounts- grow our On and Off-premise business.
- Secure territory growth and achieve targets through sales expertise and a thorough understanding of the market, customers, and consumers
- Providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail
- Delivering brand education and training to customer accounts
- Maximizing promotional opportunities including conducting regular wine tastings
Job Requirements:
- Proven background in sales.
- Determination and ability to consistently source new business and add value to an existing business.
- Accountable for agreed business plans and sales targets.
- Self-motivated, outgoing & driven with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Have a current driver's license and personal vehicle
- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate required
Being an integral part of a small team, you will provide feedback to the production and cellar door team, involving staff from both areas to assist you in building the market presence of St Maur Wines.
Working closely with and reporting to the Exeter Office, the successful applicant will be responsible for building quality distribution and brand awareness of the portfolio in line with annual sales budgets and stretch targets.
If you are self-motivated, have a proven track record in key account management, great communication skills, and a passion for premium wine with a flexible “think outside the square” attitude, this could be the position for you.
