Langton’s Winery Direct are relationship marketing specialists offering a unique and bespoke service enabling wineries to establish and benefit from a direct to consumer sales channel. As a part of our campaign team, you will be working directly with our Winery Partners to launch campaigns to their members and mailing list.

About the Role
Our amazing Campaign team are looking for a superstar Campaign Manager to join them. Working in a fast paced, collaborative and energetic setting, this role will lead all our communications to our winery partner’s consumers.
Reporting to the Sales Team and Campaign Team Manager, this role is responsible for the following key areas:
- Create and manage our winery partners annual marketing activity calendar
- Work with account managers and winery partners to create and develop leading campaigns
- Liaise with winery partners pre-campaign to consolidate launch date and begin campaign set-up
- Facilitate the smooth functioning of any campaign tastings
- Brief the Sales Manager and Team Managers on the campaign specifics ahead of campaign launch
- Attend to product requests as well as any necessary campaign structural amendments that may be required to improve its performance
- Facilitate the overall smooth functioning of campaigns by communicating with partners, account managers and the sales team.
- Maintain sound relationships with winery partners
About You
In order to be successful as the Campaign Manager, it is essential that you:
- At least two years in sales or marketing, account manager or similar role
- Thorough wine knowledge (WSET preferred, but not essential)
- Advanced knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand wine industry
- Are highly creative and an innovative solutions-finder - you always find a way forward!
- Are a talented relationship-builder who listens, influences, negotiates and persuades at all levels of the business
- A multi-tasker, with high attention to detail and a track record of delivering real business results
- Strong analytical skills – can deconstruct a problem, identify the cause and develop plans to achieve solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating, negotiating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and collaborative in your approach
