Our business has grown more than tenfold since 2003 and to support future growth plans, we now have an exciting opportunity for a National Accounts Manager to join our Sydney based team. This is a dynamic team and we operate in a high trust environment.

What you will be doing:
- Fostering positive and productive trading relationships with National Key Accounts in the retail and wholesale sectors to maximise the full sales potential within each account;
- Assuming responsibility for P&L, including trade spend for profitable growth;
- Ownership of sales planning, forecasting and reporting processes;
- Development and implementation of joint customer plans and delivery of aligned KPI’s;
- Conducting business, promotional and range reviews with key customers; and
- Working closely with others in the National Accounts team and State Sales teams to implement agreed customer activities.
About you:
- A minimum of 5 years key account sales experience in FMCG, beverages or a related industry;
- Wine industry experience/knowledge is a benefit but not essential as we will provide on the job training;
- Proven negotiation, communication and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- A good understanding of financial data comfortable working with numbers;
- A high level of computer skills across MS Office applications in particular
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications preferred; and
- Currently in a similar role (e.g. National Account Manager/Key Account Manager/ National Account Executive) looking for a step up
