Bambini Trust Restaurant is located in the St James Building in the heart of the CBD, facing Hyde Park operating since 1997 with our regular clientèle. Open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner - Saturday for dinner only (closed sundays and all public holidays, including a break over Christmas till the New year).

A position as a full time or Casual Waiter is available at an iconic Sydney Restaurant and Wine bar.

At least 3 years’ experience as a Waiter within a similar establishment is required. 

Main duties are the following: organise and set tables, welcome customers, taking customers’ orders, recommend dishes and wines to match, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and collecting payments.
