About the role
As the Email Campaign Manager, you will lead and facilitate email campaign planning and execution to drive traffic, optimise email conversion and achieve financial metrics. This will be achieved by taking complete ownership of the Responsys platform and a leadership role in managing dynamic content, lifecycle and trigger email programs.

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications - marketing, business or equivalent
- Specific email marketing experience essential, including executing dynamic content, lifecycle and trigger programs - preferably utilising Responsys
- ADMA Direct Marketing Certificate (desirable)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Innovative problem solver
