Social Media Management

• Maintain and assist in the development of the company’s website Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement & sales.
• Develop content across the brand and product portfolio.
• Manage all social media channels.
• Establish relationships with social media partners to drive social media performance.
• Analyse data from social channels to determine the performance and impact of activity and enable optimization where possible.

Email Marketing Management

• Maintain and assist in the development of the company’s email communications to customers.
• Assist and Co-ordinate day to day operations of the Marketing Department.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to ensure email communications are completed from start to finish each day.

You will be required to have skills in the following:

• Knowledge of all design programs including and not limited to the entire Adobe Suite (not required but desired)
• Knowledge of Html, CSS, Java, web CMS etc
• Experience in website design and maintenance.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Quality focused with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• At least 2 years experience in Social Media / Marketing.
• You must have demonstrable experience in developing social media strategies.
• Experience writing for social channels
• Experience in developing content calendars
• Strong interest in social trends, and experience moderating across this channel.
