Office Administrator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are a small but fast growing stse wide sales and distribution company of handcrafted wines. An opening now exists and we are looking for a 'Admin Gun' to work on a part-time basis between 32 and 38 hours a week with the capacity to work additional hours when the trade is busy. The candidate must have strong multi-tasking and organisational skills. Exceptional computer skills are a must!

Some small warehouse work is needed to be done on order days. Picking wine boxes from shelves and labelling them for courier pick ups.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Liaising with customers and accounts via email
• Working with quickbooks software – invoicing, statements etc
• Must be highly experienced with MS Excel
• Generating purchase orders and controlling inventory
• Reporting – Sales Reports and Inventory Stock on Hand
• Must be fit and capable of lifting cases of wine (16kilos) when applicable
• Must be comfortable to be trained to use a small 'walkie picking lift' to lift wine cases when applicable

Skills and experience

• Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software is essential
• Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous, however is not essential
• Experience working in the wholesale and distribution sector is an advantage however is not essential
• Excellent phone manner and relationship building skills
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
