At the Stirling Cellars and Patisserie, we are looking for a Manager who thrives off creating unique experiences and sharing that passion with our equally keen guests who come to visit from all reaches of the Adelaide Hills and surrounds.
The Stirling cellars and Patisserie is at the gateway to the Adelaide hills and offers a unique setting where guests can come to rest with a coffee or wine and a pastry, shop for high end retail from boutique producers or choose from our expansive selection of local and international craft beer, local and international wines and artisan spirits. It is a venue that offers it all!
We are looking for an individual with experience in retail or the wine industry, whether that is cellar door or distribution who has a strong marketing and leadership skills. But ultimately, it's passion, flair and creativity that will make the Stirling Cellars and Patisserie an even greater success.
The strategic focus for the role is as follows;
- To create a unique experience between our Patisserie and Cellars that is unrivaled in Adelaide.
- Develop our Members Loyalty system to create interest in the market
- Drive a service culture and build a team that is knowledgeable and understands true hospitality
- Create unique events that promote our region and the brands that we proudly support
- Work closely with other key stakeholders in the business to build strategy and ultimately success

- Leadership and mentorship of a great young team.
- A precise communicator who enjoys engaging and brining out their best in their team.
- In tune with Adelaide’s bar and restaurant scene and up to date in current industry trends.
- Previous marketing skills in the industry and experience in managing social marketing platforms.
- Ability to host events for our loyal members and be the face of the venue.
- Experience in multi facet venues is an advantage but not essential.
- A high level of wine knowledge is essential.
