Vinegar makers are our rock stars. They deal in multi organism fermentation using high speed, hi-tech fermentation equipment making products to exacting standards. They work with bacteria and yeast making wine, cider, vinegar and other fermented foods. They lead teams, supervise staff, set quality standards and make the best vinegar in the world. They also undertake R&D and do new product development.
