Mr Archer Wine Bar is looking for a professional Full Time Bar Supervisor to join its current team.
Offering a mix of local Australian wines, beers and spirits, Mr Archer Wine Bar provides a comfortable social environment to enjoy a beverage with fresh cheese and charcuterie boards.
Can you?
In order to be successful in this role you must be:
- Experienced in FOH bar and floor service
- Multitask focused
- Able to prepare food
- Competent in handling stock and cash
- Have the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation.
- Possess excellent people skills.
- Supervise staff
- Manage stock and cash
- Understand financial KPI’s
Is this you?
In order to be successful in this role you must possess:
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory role
- Strong hospitality experience and professionalism
- Passion and intimate knowledge for wine
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong problem solving abilities
- POS experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- A loyal, friendly and diligent ‘can do’ attitude
- Hold current RSA
- Food handlers certificate preferable
- The capacity to mentor and motivate
