About the business

Bellarine Estate is a family owned and operated enterprise, making award-winning wines on the Bellarine Peninsula since 1996.  We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated person to join our small and enthusiastic team.

About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Cellar Door tastings and sales.
• Bellarine Estate Wine Club – handling orders and member queries, sending out quarterly wine packs, growing member numbers, and ensuring member satisfaction.
• Social Media - creation, promotion and management.
• Digital advertising – manage our Google Ads and Facebook Business accounts.
• Reporting - monthly reporting on progress including member sales, website traffic and Social Media.
• Website - content management.

This working hours for this position are Wednesday to Sunday with the ability to have one weekend off each month.

• Possess strong planning and organisational capabilities;
• Knowledgeable in creating and delivering social media content across a range of media;  
• Invested in working with an outstanding team and a great culture;
• High personal standards when it comes to presentation, hygiene, quality, cleanliness; 
• Good customer service skills able to engage with all types of customers; 
• Be a self-motivated, professional, with a keen eye for detail; 
• Be available to work weekends.
• Have a current RSA.
