This 2 Hat South Melbourne Restaurant is looking for a Sommelier that is passionate about wine and matching it with a premium food offering, then this is where you will want to be.
The ideal candidate will have;
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent
- Have previous experience as a Sommelier
- Have a strong knowledge of old world & new world wine
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
- Passion for providing a premium service within the restaurant industry
- Show a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
